Worker Misclassification Forums

The U.S. Department of Labor sponsored two forums to focus state unemployment insurance attention on the issue of worker misclassification.  The forums provided an opportunity for state UI tax administrators to learn about worker misclassification detection and enforcement techniques from those states with active strategies to combat worker misclassification abuses.

The Worker Misclassification Forums web site contains the presentation files of the various presenters, including USDOL, Philadelphia & Dallas.
